Coffee service franchise Xpresso Delight has announced that it has awarded an additional franchise in Buffalo, NY, bringing its portfolio to over 200 franchises sold worldwide.
Interest in the franchise has begun to sprawl out from its U.S. roots in New York City to markets like Washington D.C. and now Buffalo, NY, with several more franchises in the pipeline for markets beyond the eastern seaboard.
The company’s new Buffalo franchisee, Russell Goeseke, is an active volunteer in the Buffalo community and has refined his community outreach and service skillset throughout his professional career. Discovering that Xpresso Delight had yet to enter the Buffalo market, he recognized the opportunity to bring something unique to his hometown.
Goeseke said, “It is an opportunity to be part of an exciting new concept in the workplace coffee culture, enhanced by reasonable start-up costs and the ability to work from home without brick-and-mortar construction and maintenance.”
Nigell Lee, COO & President of Operations for Xpresso Delight Group said, “We’ve had tremendous success in New York City and Washington D.C. and we couldn’t be more thrilled to bring Russell into the Xpresso Delight family to extend the brand’s unique offering to Buffalo. When we bring on a new franchisee, we look for individuals that can add value to the whole system, and we believe Russell’s background in sales and service will do just that.”
Xpresso Delight franchisees offer high-end café level coffee to corporate offices through its innovative coffee-as-a-service program. The brand draws demand from medium to large company offices looking to upgrade the in-house coffee options they provide to their employees at an affordable cost.
