Men’s grooming chain The Gents Place is to open two new locations in Chicago, after signing an agreement with Peter Terracina. The first will open later this year, the second in Summer, 2018. Ben Davis, founder and president of The Gents Place, said “For nearly a decade, The Gents Place has experienced tremendous success serving men in Dallas and Kansas City, and we are thrilled to expand our footprint to Chicago. Peter is part of a growing trend of millennial entrepreneurs and we’re confident his knowledge and business acumen will help us succeed in Chicago. The interest in men’s grooming is irrefutably at an all-time high and The Gents Place is positioned to grow rapidly as we capitalize on this trend. Over the next several months, we’re expecting to sign several additional franchise agreements to develop clubs across the country.” The Gents Place presently has three lifestyle clubs in North Texas and one on Kansas and is now offering opportunities to qualified franchisees in Florida, Maryland, Texas, California, Illinois, Indiana, Georgia and Virginia. Single and multi-unit franchisees should have a minimum net worth of $400,000 and liquid assets of at least $175,000. Initial investment is expected to be between $440,955 – $705,980, including a $40,000 franchise fee.
