All of our team members have worked in the franchise sector at various levels; we have owned and operated franchises so we know what it’s like to be a franchisee, a franchisor, a master franchisee, a franchise executive and a business owner. GF: How would you describe the Franchise Ready offering?

DD: We help emerging brands get their strategy right by determining if and how they should franchise their business. We do this by establishing a deep understanding of their business and their business model to determine what adjustments need to be made to be able to take their concept to market.

We create the strategic plan, the manuals and operating documents such as standard operating procedures, training manual, operations manual, opening manual, franchising manual, marketing collateral, and then we market the opportunity and assist with franchisee recruitment, onboarding and training.
