Papa John’s, the international pizza franchise with more than 5,000 locations around the world, has announced a consolidation of its international team to its existing Milton Keynes corporate office in the U.K.; adapting this location into the brand’s new global headquarters.
These offices will now work in collaboration with Papa John’s’ two other corporate offices in Atlanta and Louisville, to centralize all international operations and support franchisee growth beyond North America.
“This is an exciting and significant announcement for Papa John’s as we capitalize on our growth and transformation over the past year internationally. Pizza remains hugely popular in challenging times as well as the good, and our business is performing strongly, putting Papa John’s in a better position than ever to realize tremendous opportunities for international growth,” said Jack Swaysland, Papa John’s chief operating officer, international.
“Consolidating our international talent in one place will help grow our business internationally both where we are already and where there is a demand for Papa John’s in new markets. We see many exciting opportunities not just in the world’s high streets but also through innovative new partnerships, such as sports venues, holiday destinations, and other locations.
“By streamlining operations, facilitating greater collaboration in one time zone, and building on our considerable success in the U.K., our international headquarters will enable us to support existing and new franchisees even better as we deliver on the very latest trends in food consumption around the globe. I look forward to welcoming the international team to Milton Keynes and continuing Papa John’s great momentum in all parts of the world.”
This consolidation of international operations is expected to be completed by Spring 2021.
