Neighborly was founded in 1981 as The Dwyer Group, and rebranded for one sole purpose: to become a world-class leader in multi-branded home and property services. Neighborly is the holding company of 22 service brands, 19 of which are franchise brands, and at its helm is Mike Bidwell, franchise aficionado, who gives us a peek behind the curtain when it comes to running this globe-spanning business network.
