The reopening of the fitness industry across the world was greeted with huge positivity and praise following temporary closures of fitness facilities internationally – for many, it was imperative that this sector was allowed to open as soon as possible as the advice throughout the COVID-19 crisis has been that being physically activity and fighting fit has never been more important.

In month one after reopening its U.K. stores, TRIB3 saw 80 per cent of pre-COVID usage and an average NPS score of 78 demonstrating the resilience and exciting potential of the business model.
