FASTSIGNS had a particularly notable year in 2019, having signed 40 new franchise agreements to develop new, co-branded, and converted centers worldwide; with more than 30 locations set to open in 2020.
Several of these will be throughout France and Monaco – entirely new markets for the brand – where FASTSIGNS has signed a master franchise agreement to open 12 new centers over the next three years.
“We are thrilled to add France and Monaco to FASTSIGNS’ global footprint as we continue to target growth throughout Western Europe,” said Mark Jameson, executive vice president of franchise support and development. “Our success in France will play an important role in further providing the strength of the FASTSIGNS business model internationally, particularly in major cities throughout Europe and across the world.”
FASTSIGNS’ development throughout France will be led by Jean-Marc Tabel, a Parisian entrepreneur with over 40 years’ experience of developing awnings, store decor, and printed materials.
“Throughout France, there are numerous privately-owned businesses that need marketing and branding services,” said Tabel, “and FASTSIGNS is surely the most advanced franchise opportunity in its industry. We are glad to be pioneers for the brand in our country.”
To date, FASTSIGNS International Inc. has signed agreements that have led to the development of more than 700 independently owned and operated FASTSIGNS centers in 10 countries. In 2019, the brand opened its first locations in Chile and Malta, and signed an additional master franchise agreement to develop centers in the Dominican Republic. For international entrepreneurs looking to join a hugely successful concept, there are few better alternatives.
