Be My Franchise has helped many people become the boss of their own businesses. As the junction point of the world franchise industry and a reference point for every professional in the industry, the annual Be My Franchise fair is preparing to go beyond all expectations with its great opportunities and dynamic structure.

Be My Franchise Franchising & Dealership Trade Fair, organized by Mediafors Fair Organization with the support of UFRAD, will be held on November 25–28, 2020. The 18th edition of the Istanbul-based fair is to be held in Hall 3 of the CNR Expo Center and brings franchise and branded franchise companies, suppliers of products and services together with entrepreneurs and investors in Istanbul.

Industry professionals from over 100 countries will meet with local and international participants at the upcoming Be My Franchise Fair 2020, which is one of the most important platforms for the growth of the franchise industry. Foreign investors, who have mediated for national brands to appear in the international arena and have signed important collaborations in the past years, will leave their mark on the fair again this year. Be My Franchise Fair, also acclaimed with its special sections, will bring suppliers providing franchise brands with products and services together with all stakeholders of the sector.

80,000 visitors

Be My Franchise Fair has held 17 shows in total and supported the growth of the sector with more than 450,000 visitors and 3,600 participants so far. Professional visitors will come together with brands to establish businesses and invest at Be My Franchise Fair, where 80,000 visitors are expected this year.

Pandemic normalization process

After the economic shock that surrounded the whole world, in this process where we learned to live with the virus and recovered by following the rules, the measures to be taken in large organizations such as fairs have largely opened the door of the sector. Distance rules, distribution of masks in all corridors and entrances and exits, disinfectants and also fever measuring systems will be found in the fair. The highest-level measures under the supervision of the Ministry taken together with the HES codes have changed our approach to fairs.

From Turkey to all over the world

Last year, more than 2,000 professional visitors from 78 countries held commercial cooperation negotiations with domestic brands at Be My Franchise Fair, which attracted great attention from all countries as the global meeting point of industry professionals. Foreign investors had fruitful meetings with Turkish companies, especially with brands planning to expand abroad.

Chairman of the board of Medyafors Fair Organization, Özhan Erem, said: “With the aim of becoming the world’s largest franchise fair, we are working diligently every year to include companies from different sectors to our fair, paying attention to what the entrepreneur wants and in order to ensure the participation of more brands in the franchise system.

“With the fair we organize, we open the doors of the franchise sector, which has a market size of $50bn, to brands. This is a great opportunity that should be seized, and the goal of this fair is to increase the business volume by $5bn to provide added value to companies and to our country.”
