After opening 24 new outlets in the U.S. during 2018, Automotive collision repair franchisor CarStar has opened six in Canada. Franchisees north of the border are Vince Pollesel in Sudbury, Ont., Paul Cross in Bancroft, Ont., Dany Leclerc in Sherbrooke, Que., Mike Allen in Sackville, N.B., Jeff Condie in Kingston, Ont., and Arnold Dixon in Gananoque, Ont.
Michael Macaluso, president of CarStar said, “We continue to see growth as franchisees join our network to build their businesses. These owners benefit from our strong North American footprint, insurance relationships, purchasing volume, standard operating procedures and training programs. Rather than selling out their businesses to a consolidator, they can retain ownership for future generations and drive their profitability and performance at the same time.”
