As part of next week’s Franchisor Power Hour, a weekly session hosted by the British Franchise Association (bfa) providing guidance and insight to the British franchise industry, Brad Sugars, who is the founder, chairman, and CEO of ActionCOACH, will detail his 11 steps that all business owners need to take now to navigate the COVID-19 crisis.
“We often talk about the power of collective ambition in franchising. Having strong relationships with our members means we can collaborate on amazing opportunities like this one,” said Pip Wilkins, CEO of the bfa. “It isn’t every day that you can secure an international keynote speaker to present, and I’m delighted we are able to open the opportunity to hear from Brad, to the entire franchising sector. This is a testament to the relationships and influence the bfa have built both nationally and internationally over 42 years”.
Brad’s session is taking place on Thursday May 7 at 4:00pm GMT, and can be accessed via the bfa site. The session can also be attended via a phone call, at +44 330 221 0097.
