From development through training, you will have access to over 60 employees who are dedicated to seeing you succeed, because we realize your success is our success. Melting Pot Fondue is an easy-to-operate franchise with little to no competition within the fondue niche.
The Melting Pot Fondue+ Drink+ Kitchen is a full service bar-centric restaurant offering lunch, brunch, craveable bar menu and dinner dayparts. In addition to cheese, chocolate and entree fondue we now offer a menu full of no pot required entrees!
We provide franchisees with the opportunity to host these moments, provide exceptional food and atmosphere and be their own boss in a unique segment that continues to grow and thrive.
So what’s Melting Pot’s secret? A totally unique dining concept, turn-key operations and a tremendous franchise support system.
* An initial franchise fee of between £35,000 and £45,000 per store
* 6% of net sales monthly in royalties
* Contribution to Brand Marketing Fund (Maximum 1.83% of net sales)
* Requirement to spend a minimum percent of net sales on local approved marketing (Up to 6%, currently at 2.5%)
* Construction and development cost per store (currently approx. £750,000 - £1.1 M)
