Welcome to Global Franchise’s look at the sorts of business concept which are currently succeeding in Asia.

It’s an ambitious idea – this is a vast region with an enormous population, diverse cultures and as many different ideas of doing business as there are companies involved in them. So we can really only touch on what is going on in this vibrant part of the world. What we want to achieve here, though, is to give Western brands with ambitions in the region a flavor of the sorts of businesses which are presently growing here.

Whether your idea will be to differentiate yourself from these and create novelty, or to provide an effective slant on an already successful concept will be your decision, hopefully based on a great deal of solid research.
