American grill and sushi bar Kona Grill, Inc. has announced the opening of a third international franchise location at the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre, Ontario. The restaurant features signature Kona elements such as a large outdoor patio, bar, dining room, exhibition kitchen and sushi bar.
